Package will be shipped on the same or next business day after order is received. Shipping takes only 4 to 7 days to anywhere in the world. Currently, we do not provide over-night shipping.

WE HAVE AN EXCHANGE ONLY POLICY - NO REFUNDS
All customers must email us at sale@cutekiddy.com within 14 days of receipt to receive exchange authorization. Please do not return any products until you have received your authorization. Once an exchange is approved, you will receive an e-mail confirmation which will detail the exchange and any credits or charges that may be issued to complete the exchange. Additional shipping charges for exchanges must be paid by customer.
